If for any reason you decide the items you received are not right for you, they can certainly be returned for a full refund or exchange.

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Items must be in its original package without opened.

Shipping Fee

Thakarshi Tea is not responsible for the returning shipping fee under following circumstances:

• Wrong Item Purchased
• Customer simply doesn’t like the item.

Returned Package

1. Please don’t return directly to the address on the received package.

2. Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.

3. Please kindly attach the Return & Exchange Form inside the package.

Refunds

1. Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of the returns/exchanges.

2. Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

3. Shopping points will not be refunded for free orders or giveaways.
